Shipping Matters

OHVOLA ships worldwide.

All Singapore orders are delivered via Ninja Van unless otherwise stated. 

Tracking - Please use NINJA VAN to track order status with your Order ID, adding a prefix ‘OHV’ in front of your Order ID. i.e [OHV123456789]

To schedule a re-delivery, please drop an email to support@ninjavan.sg if you did not receive any delivery failure message from Ninja Van. Please check your junk/spam mailbox before contacting Ninja Van. 

We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.

Delivery Charges

Charges shown are partially subsidised by Ohvola.

Complimentary Local Standard Courier is offered for purchases above $100 in a single order.

Overseas shipping will be charged according to the weight of items and will be advised accordingly at check out.
