Do I need to create an account to purchase at Ohvola?
Yes. By creating an account with us, it enables you to keep track of your purchase history, payment status and also saves you time from having to fill in your address details for every order you place with us. Do be assured that Ohvola will keep all of our customers' personal particulars and information confidential.
How does the waiting list work?
If the item(s) you are interested in has been listed as Out of Stock, you may opt to place your emails on the waiting list. An email notification will be sent to you if/when there is available stock for purchase.
I am currently facing problems ordering in-stock items in the website. What should I do?
If you are unable to cart out the items, chances are that the item is already out of stock. You may want to check the site periodically for updates on the availability of the item. Alternatively, you can send an enquiry email to email@example.com
I accidentally clicked on check out. Will my order be processed?
Your order is only confirmed upon receipt of an invoice via email.
Can I amend my order upon check out?
All orders are placed and confirmed after the final checkout. Hence, do ensure everything is correct before carting out.
However, do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to change no later than 30 minutes from when the order has been placed.
Do you offer self collection services?
Yes. Select Ohvola Office Collection (Ubi) under shipping methods. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Kindly collect your parcel within 1 week. We are located at:

What payment mode does Ohvola accept?
We accept payments via shopify pay, apple pay, google pay and credit card payments. However, we do not accept ATM or Internet Bank Transfers.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the original packaging with tags. We do not do returns for refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, an online credit note with the validity of 06 months will be created under your account within a few working days. Kindly note that purchases made using this credit note will not be entitled for a subsequent exchange or return. Non-returnable items: gift cards, sale items.
Only regular priced items may be returned for credits or refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. However, we are able to do an exchange for a wrong size purchased.
How do I return the item?
To return your product, you will be given a return address upon contacting our CSO at email@example.com. All return shipping fees due to sizing issues will be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item via a non-trackable shipping service.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. We only replace items if they are defective or have sizing/fit issues. We will be more than happy to accept a return for a one-for-one exchange of the exact item in the original colour. In the event that it is no longer available in the original color, you may opt for other colours available for that design. Kindly note that an exchange is only applicable subjected to stock availability. In the event that an item is out of stock or one-sized, you may opt for an online credit note with the validity of 06 months. Kindly note that purchases made using this credit note will not be entitled for a subsequent exchange or return. Non-exchangeable items: gift cards.
How do I exchange my item?
For exchanges due to sizing/fit issues, the customer will be required to top up an additional $4.50 to have the replacement item sent and exchanged by the courier company. *For regular orders, OHVOLA absorbs part of the local standard courier costs, therefore the outgoing shipping charge for Standard Courier is $2.00.
What are the things I need to take note of in caring for my purchase?
Please hand-wash all products. For items with intricate details such as lace, crochets, embellishment, we will encourage hand washing to maintain the products in prime condition.
Low to medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products except those that contain silk, satin and chiffon. We would encourage steam-ironing or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron)
Can I purchase Gift Cards at Ohvola? How do they work?
Yes. Gift Cards can be purchased at denominations of $10/$20/$30/$50/$100/$200 here.
They are perfect as gifts for occasions such as Christmas, Birthdays and Anniversaries. The recipient will receive the Gift Card in the form of an email with your personal message. The recipient will be able to utilise the discount after adding the code upon check out. In the event that the full amount is not exhausted, a new voucher with the remaining amount will be created. Gift cards expire 1 year after purchase.
