OHVOLA ships worldwide.
All Singapore orders are delivered via Ninja Van unless otherwise stated.
Tracking - Please use Ninja Van to track order status with your tracking number you received via SMS.
To schedule a re-delivery, please drop an email to shippercare_sg@ninjavan.co if you did not receive any delivery failure message from Ninja Van. Please check your junk/spam mailbox before contacting Ninja Van.
We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.
