Delivery and Collection

OHVOLA ships worldwide.

All Singapore orders are delivered via Pickupp unless otherwise stated. 

Tracking - Please use Pickupp to track order status with your tracking number you received via SMS.

To schedule a re-delivery, please drop an email to if you did not receive any delivery failure message from Pickupp. Please check your junk/spam mailbox before contacting Pickupp. 

We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.

Office Collection (Self-collection option)

You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Kindly collect your parcel within 1 week. 

We are located at Crocodile House, 3 Ubi Ave 3 #07-04 Singapore 408857 (Use lifts at rear lobby)


Delivery Charges

Charges shown are partially subsidised by Ohvola.

Complimentary Local Standard Courier is offered for purchases above $100 in a single order.

Overseas shipping will be charged according to the weight of items and will be advised accordingly at check out.
